The ESTAS is a national award scheme (dubbed the ‘Oscars’ of the industry) which rewards letting and estate agents on the basis of real customer feedback. The feedback is gathered from 30,000 questionnaires sent out every year, not a panel of judges, so are highly thought of in the estate and lettings industry. The awards are presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer and sponsored by Zoopla.
