Our People
Our people are what makes Crompton Estates what it is, and we’re enormously proud of our team. That's why we invest a great deal in finding the right people. And when we do, we train, inspire and motivate them. Because we look after our people they stay with us longer, so you'll always see familiar faces every time you visit our offices. And our clients tell us it works: we win awards for our customer service and our testimonials say more than we could ourselves.
Property is a people business, and we know that our company is only as good as the people who work across our departments. We are very proud that many of our staff have been with us since we opened more than 10 years ago, and have an average of 16 years’ experience in property. While markets and technology change, there’s no substitute for experience, or our hands-on culture.
Every member of our team is either a graduate or is qualifying for an appropriate industry qualification. That means that when we offer advice, it is well considered. And our staff is not paid on a commission basis, so we look for the best tenant for the property, not the first, and every one of us will look after your interests (not just one person looking after their own).
